I have an interest in conceptual art- creating research based artworks with aim of raising awareness to social, political and cultural issues. The aim of combining the research with the artwork is to produce powerfully informative works – not as separate texts, but as mutually enquiring engagements.

For the past few years I have been working/volunteering in the field of Community Engaged Art. My involvement in this, as well as my own previous explorations in conceptual art, have lead me to discover my future aspirations of becoming an Art Therapist- allowing me to fulfil my goals of  helping others attain well-being through the arts.
